The second international HR Conference organised by Xavier School of Human Resource Management, Xavier University Bhubaneswar, on the theme “Re-thinking people management”, will be held on February 3 and 4. The event acts as a bridge between all stakeholders of human resource management and students.
It will focus on a wide range of themes such as ‘Harnessing human capabilities for the modern workplace’, ‘Redefining work: HR in VUCA and SMAC world’ and ‘Employment relations: moving forward towards greater effectiveness’. There will be a pre-conference workshop on ‘Research methods for behavioural research’.
The speakers will cover a multitude of topics, like talent management, organizational designs, indigenous approaches to HR, holacracy, Indian HR, HR analytics and handling workplace diversity.
