The Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship (CCGC) at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B), as part of its Leaderspeak Series, will host an ideating discussion on ‘Value creation through corporate governance’ with GN Bajpai, former Chairman of SEBI, on July 31, 5.30 pm, at Management Development Centre (MDC), IIM-B campus.
GN Bajpai is the recipient of the Prime Minister’s award for 'Outstanding Contribution to the Development of Finance’ and is on the board of several corporations. His new book, The Essential Book of Corporate Governance provides a trajectory of corporate governance in India.
The other participants of the talk will be Shekar Viswanathan, Vice-Chairman of Toyota Kirloskar, who has been with the Toyota project in India since inception, and G Ramesh from the Centre for Public Policy (CPP) at IIM Bangalore, and former member of the Indian Economic Service.
