XLRI Jamshedpur has announced admissions to its Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management for Working Executives.
The programme has been designed for working executives to enhance their HR knowledge and skills for the dynamic and fast-growing corporate world.
The 16 months programme with 6 terms comprises of 15 compulsory courses spread over the first five terms while the sixth term is exclusively devoted to action research based project.
The course fee is around ₹4.6 lakh. It doesn't include board and lodging expenses.
The applicant to this programme has to be a graduate (minimum three years of full time study) from a recognised university in any discipline, with minimum of 5 years of full time work experience in managerial positions. The candidates are to be selected through personal or telephonic interview.
