XLRI- Xavier School of Management announces admission to the Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management for Working Executives (EDHRM: 2018-19). The last date for online registration is October 10, 2017.
This unique consolidated programme has been designed especially for working executives to enhance their professional knowledge and skills that are essential to play the HR role effectively within the dynamic and fast-growing corporate world and earn an Executive Diploma in HRM, while working, without interrupting their career.
The programme aims to provide the participants with an in-depth understanding of various concepts in HR and get them tuned to the latest developments and best practices in the sector, to prepare them to head the HR function in the operating divisions and to develop a repository of HR experts who can lead change in the organisation.
The 16-month programme has six terms comprising 15 compulsory courses spread over the first five terms while the sixth term is exclusively devoted to an action research-based project.
The course fee is ₹4 lakhs (exclusive of GST and including tuition fees and other infrastructure necessities). This will not include boarding and lodging expenses.
The applicant has to be a graduate (minimum three years of full-time study) from a recognised university in any discipline, with minimum of five years of full-time work experience in managerial positions. The candidates will be selected through personal or Skype interview.
