Where challenges are coupled with learning

Focus on strategy and leadership gives Crescent School of Business its exclusive touch and flavour

For working professionals who are looking to do a PGDM but don’t want to take a break, then Cresecnt School of Business is the platform where you can explore your potential. The quality of education, the modules and the curriculum are on par with the leading B-schools in the country, having been developed by competent industry leaders and professionals.

The focus on strategy and leadership gives the school its exclusive touch and flavour. The mentoring programme is defined in such a way that each student receives personal attention. With additional study materials like the Wharton specialisation, students are exposed to varied and distinctive thought processes that are quite different from the Indian educational methodologies.

For me, the immense and intense focus on developing oneself constitutes the heart of the programme. I have personally enjoyed working with and learning from the stalwarts in the field of leadership, which has resulted in overall personal development.

Founding batch

Being a student of the founding batch poses its own unique sets of challenges, which are not typical of regular education. From creating your own brand to making a name for the school, it all depends on you and your laurels.

The small number of students in the batch provided the crucial element of personal connect between the professors, the faculty and the students. Overall, the experience has been fruitful, and I sure am looking forward to encountering the future.

Professional experience

According to me, CSB is one of the best places to be for anyone looking for a career change or career growth. I have three years of professional experience with Goldman Sachs and I wanted to change to core accounting, instead of a generic managerial career, in one of the leading accounting firms, which I can do using the learnings from the business school. If I were to sum up my experience, it would be ‘challenges coupled with learning’.
