An Israeli entrepreneur was the latest victim of China’s lightning-speed skill in copying ideas. Yekutiel Sherman had invented a product called Stikbox. Perfect for selfie enthusiasts, the product is a phone case that transforms into a selfie stick.
But not long after the campaign to raise funds went online on Kickstarter did it appear in online Chinese stores. According to this article by Next Shark, the Chinese manufactured case was also priced substantially cheaper than the original, which angered people.
