Parkour legend casually flips and slides on giant ice sculptures

...like it's no big deal!

Parkour, a training method developed from military obstacle courses, has become the new rage with fitness enthusiasts. Parkour athletes are required to use their hands and feet to get from one point to another in the fastest and most efficient way possible.

Parkour legend Jason Paul recently decided to take it a step further by jumping on and climbing ice sculptures at the International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival in Harbin, China. To watch the video, check out this Mashable article .
