Bryce Wilson climbed a 304-metre crane to get a good photo

Twenty five-year-old Bryce Wilson is probably Australia’s most controversial urban explorer. He recently came under the scanner after a video of his very first attempt at urban exploration — a climb up the 304 metre crane on Melbourne’s Prima Pearl construction site — went viral.

But Bryce, who goes by the name “Drjft”, says it’s not just about the cheap thrills. A photography enthusiast, he likes to climb high to get the perfect shot. Talking to Mashable about his first climb, he said, “I went to a building for fun — to find unique angles for my photographs. Only after that did I find that other people did this and it was a ‘thing’.”
