After 20 years, Man Booker Prize winner Arundhati Roy is back with her new novel

Here’s a reason for all bookworms to rejoice and look forward to 2017, as some of the most renowned authors are all set to release their latest books.

Penguin Publishers are bringing some of the best stories and novels in the upcoming year, written by authors like Arundhati Roy, Taslima Nasreen, Nadeem Aslam, Mohsin Hamid, Amit Chaudhuri, Nandita Das, Devdutt Pattanaik, Ruskin Bond, and Anita Nair, among others.

After a gap of 20 years, Man Booker Prize winner Arundhati Roy will be back with The Ministry of Utmost Happiness which tells a shattered story, magnificently. The book will mark Roy’s return after God Of Small Things, which went on to become a much-loved book.

There is also An Unsuitable Boy , an autobiography of Bollywood director Karan Johar, which promises to be an honest, heart-warming and personal account of his life. Suspected Poems by Gulzar is a collection of his political poems, made available in English for the first time. The House that Spoke will mark the debut of author Zuni Chopra, who brings out the colours of Kashmir in the book.
